Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Hygienic products (toothbrushes, tongue scrapers) must be unopened
How to Return
- Email support@zenroot.live with your order number
- We will provide a return shipping label
- Send the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@zenroot.live with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Return Shipping: Free for damaged/defective items. Customer pays return shipping for change of mind (unless order over $99).
