What are your yoga mats made from?
Our yoga mats are made from natural cork and natural rubber — both sustainably sourced, biodegradable, and free from PVC, TPE, and toxic chemicals.
How do I choose the right product for me?
Each product page includes detailed guides, sizing information, and FAQ sections to help you choose. For yoga mats: all patterns perform identically (choose by design preference). Are your glass water bottles dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our borosilicate glass bottles are dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the bamboo lid and silicone sleeve before washing.
How do I clean my cork yoga mat?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Cork is naturally antimicrobial, so it resists odour and bacteria buildup.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at contact@zenroot.live to start a return.

Warranty & Product Lifespan
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All ZenRoot products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues, contact us at contact@zenroot.live with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
How long do your products last?
With proper care: Cork yoga mats last 2-5 years • Glass water bottles last indefinitely • Copper tongue scrapers last a lifetime • Bamboo toothbrushes last 3 months (replace like any toothbrush) • Resistance bands last 1-2 years • Acupressure mats last 3-5+ years • Rose quartz tools last forever.

All orders come in eco-friendly packaging perfect for gifting (recyclable boxes, no plastic). We don't offer separate gift wrapping to reduce waste. Digital gift cards are available — perfect for letting recipients choose their own wellness essentials.
